Lutavit® B6 is completely soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol and insoluble in ether, chloroform and acetone. It is suitable for use in all types of animal feed.
Physiological importance:
Vitamin B6 occupies a central position in protein metabolism. In particular in the form of pyridoxal- 5-phosphate (coenzyme). Vitamin B6 is also important for fat and carbohydrate metabolism, for the breakdown of tryptophan and for the metabolism of various minerals.
