The Ciba® Sunscreen Simulator is a tool enabling the estimation of the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) as well as various common UV-A parameters. This tool helps the formulator planning the composition of active ingredients in a sunscreen formulation, but it does not replace the actual formulation work.

• Australian UVA Standard
• Critical Wavelength
• UVA/UVB ratio
• Boots Star Rating
• UVA Balance (DIN 67502)
